《国际外科学杂志》是由中华人民共和国国家卫生和计划生育委员会主管，中华医学会、首都医科大学附属北京友谊医院主办的学术性期刊。原名《国外医学•外科学分册》，1974年创刊，自2007年起变更为月刊，2008年采用中华医学会稿件远程处理系统，同年入选中国科技论文统计源期刊。本刊目前被《万方数据库》收录。

The patient's physiological status, the disease that requires surgical correction, the nature of the operation, and the preoperative and postoperative support services have a major effect on the ultimate outcome [1].
